Stomach Cramps Remedy: Mild Exercise

  1. Walk around for a bit. Don’t walk too far or do strenuous exercise just in case because you could be damaging your muscles. If walking makes it worse then just lie down and rest. It all depends on the type of cramp



Why it works


Walking around keeps you moving and helps reduce the pain of the cramps. You are relieving the tension through light muscle movement.

Stomach Cramps Remedy: Warm Bath

Method: 
  1. Relax in a warm bath







Why it works

The warm water from the bath helps relax the muscles in the stomach and uterus and decreases the tension. This reduces the pain caused by the cramps.

Stomach Cramps Remedy: Chamomile Tea

Ingredients:



  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 chamomile tea teabag


Method:
  1. Brew one cup of chamomile tea 
  2. Drink the tea 
  3. Repeat as needed



Why it works:


Chamomile contains properties that help reduce the inflammation of the mucous membranes in the stomach. Through this process, it reduces the pain of the cramps.
