Ingredients:
  • 2 tea bags (green tea or black tea)
  • 1 cup of hot water

Method:
  1. Soak the teabags in the cup of hot water for about 1 minute
  2. After they cool down a bit close your eyes and place one teabag on each
  3. After the teabag reach room temperature and you feel they are no longer soothing, remove them
  4. Repeat every time you have puffy or tired eyes

Why it works

Tea contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients that help reduce the puffiness and redness under the eyes. They help draw out  toxins leaving the skin refreshed and hydrated. Teabags also give a hydrating cooling effect and reduce irritation.
